Inflammation

Unexhibited

Behind the facade of fabricated calm, a constant current of passion, pain, and inner heat is always concealed. The “Inflammation” series is not a narrative of the external world, but an exploration into the depths of an existential condition; a space where stillness gives way to a continuous reaction, and consciousness turns into a silent tension. These realms are where existence confronts the pressures and traumas that blaze in the darkness. In these expressive landscapes, a textured and raw language flows. Colors are employed not to depict form, but to unveil the inner fever and to tear apart the veil of secrecy. Reds, taking the form of an uncontainable fire, erupt from the material’s depth to signify the highest limit of reaction; meanwhile, deep black shadows, like a heavy burden, weigh down upon the unspoken truths and a confined past. This perpetual contrast is the very essence of the inflammation, where consciousness perpetually stands at the threshold of eruption.

The figures that take shape in these realms are not representations of specific individuals, but reflections of a fragmented, bargaining identity. Hands covering mouths and gazes frozen in wonder express suppression and an inability to achieve complete articulation. The wild presence of instinct, conveyed through animal symbols, intensifies this inner conflict; a primal, unrestrained force manifests in a powerful form to underscore the perpetual battle between imposed order and the untamed side of being. “Inflammation” is an invitation to pause at the raw border of this existential state. Ultimately, this visual experience asserts that tension and contradiction are the principal constructive elements of the interior self, and that the possibility of expression and liberation is only achieved through the acceptance of this inescapable heat and chaos.
