Echoes of the lost
Unexhibited
The contemporary human, in their silence, poses countless questions. These questions emerge from the delicate boundaries of identity and the subconscious, moving within a space filled with lost memories and unspoken moments. The works in this collection are not direct reflections of reality but are echoes of fragmented pieces of the mind and semi-forgotten memories; like windows that open to intricate, multi-layered landscapes. Forms and colors, in harmonious contrast, remain in pursuit of an elusive meaning—a contrast symbolic of the inner struggles of an individual, intertwined with personal and collective memories.
Colors, with their intense emotional weight and dramatic contrasts, awaken nostalgia and invite the audience on an emotional and mental journey. Each artwork, like an echo of lost times and places, invites the viewer to travel between reality and imagination—a world where mystery and ambiguity form the essence of artistic expression. Paintings serve as a passage between the artist’s subconscious and scattered memories, asking the audience to recreate a shared yet deeply personal experience—one rooted in the depths of the human subconscious and hidden yearnings.
This collection comprises 30 artworks executed in the mixed media technique (acrylic and charcoal) on cardboard, in the uniform dimension of 24×34 cm, which have not yet been displayed to the public in Iran.
